Job Summary
We are looking for a professional high-rise Maintenance helper for a 17story building to join our team.
You should only apply if you have at least 2 years of high-rise experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, in addition to the regular building maintenance. You must be organized and committed to meeting safety standards at all times.
Responsibilities
- Help with routine maintenance for all equipment and public areas
- Undertake repair and maintenance projects
- Excellent painting skills
- Communicate all problems and resolve them or make recommendations to upper management for resolution
Qualifications
- Certificate of completion from a trade school preferred; or commensurate education and experience accepted
- Ability to quickly diagnose problems
- Must be fluent in English
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
